Awesome recipe with very easy preparation. Everyone at my home loved it. Even I made it in the morning and put in the refrigerator. 10 mins before my guest arrived, I baked it for few more minutes as mentioned. Thanks for suck a lovely dish.

Hi Priti,

This is best had fresh but if you have to make it ahead, do stick it in the oven for a bit before serving.

Can I make these 1 day in advance? Would the paneer get too hard? I have a party this weekend and was wondering if I could save some time that day.
