Sorry about the late response...

You can definitely make the sauce ahead of time.  You will have to warm it up and possibly thin it down a bit before mixing in the wings.  Freshly made wings would have the best texture but you can premake the whole thing a few hours ahead of time.  Wrap them in foil and reheat them in the oven.  Again, just want to emphasize that the texture of the chicken will be best if you bake it and serve immediately.]]></description>
