These are my family’s favorite sweet potato fries. I place the fries on the cooling rack which goes on the baking sheet. That way, i don’t need to flip them in between. Thanks a lot for this recipe!

Sweet potatoes do not really get crispy like regular potatoes, especially since this is a baked recipe.
