Hi Mansi,
The creamy water is probably the Whey from the Sour Cream. It is best to mix the Sour Cream gently before using it in a dish. It may also be that some of the veggies have let some water go….
Just mix the sour cream and try not to use firm vegetables for the dip and you should be fine 🙂

I made the dip using the recipe. I have a quick question – Due to the sour cream, there was a little bit of water at the bottom of the pan. When my guest where taking spoonful of the dip, I could see creamy water at the bottom. Since it is a dip, I cannot stir it.

Can you explain why it happened and how can i avoid that?
