In reply to Prat. Hi Prat, Sorry for the late response, but for future reference, you can do all of the preparation for the mushrooms (initial bake, stuffing, etc) and then do the final bake when you are ready to serve.

Can we make this early for guests? And then just warm it up when it’s time to eat is it possible? Or have to make it right then and eat it? Please let me know ASAP. As I am going to make it today and confused on when to make it. Thanks.

My favorite recipes are those that are simple and versatile!

Yours is both! Although mushrooms are one of my favorites to make and to serve, love the variation of stuffed jalepenos. I think I’ll do both for our next get together.
