Hi ladies!
I love your recipes and videos. To see you both cooking and presenting always makes me happy. Have lived in Sri Lanka and have been to India several times, appreciating the country and its food so much, I miss it a bit now. Actually living in Curacao, and just looked for a good recipe of lassi. I made one with tamarind yesterday, but I wanted the traditional lassi. And then after the lassi, came to this delicious coffee, I am sure we will love it, especially in this warm climate. Better than a frozen cappuccino from Starbucks ! And because of the lock down I have some pots of instant coffee ready 🙂 Go on with the good work ladies !

Hi Heidi,
Are you using hot water? If you are this should not happen. And please use Instant Coffee.
Other than that, can’t think of any other reason ?

Hi Mona,
We used Nescafe but any instant coffee band works just as well.
