The flavor is deep and delicious, with cool, spicy, sweet and salty all blended together perfectly. The green color is gorgeous.

I have also made it with cucumber (just added about 3/4 cup rough chopped English cucumber) and it was incredible.

Hi Tom,

We usually make our own yogurt at home so don’t really know how to classify it. You could use any type of yogurt as you will be blending it anyway. If you use Greek, you probably will have to use less.

What type of yogurt do you use, natural or set? Also here in the UK we get Greek yogurt (very creamy)
