But I was wondering if there is anyway you can do videos on how to make different types of massalas like chaat massala, garam massala, ect….

I know it is easier to buy them at the store but I would much prefer to make them fresh if possible.

You can easily grow lemon grass as house plant. Just buy green/fresh lemon grass stalks from grocery store and put it in a flower vase filled with water. In a few days it will root. Plant it in a pot filled with potting soil and you will have plant in couple of weeks. Use it as needed.
