Hi Guddee,

You can, but as we all know, they will taste the best if baked fresh.  If you make them the day before, be sure to pull them out of the fridge for several hours so they come to room temperature. If you try to bake them again to warm them, they may dry out.  Then, you can make sure that the daal is piping hot to go on top.]]></description>
