I made this last weekend and it turned out wonderfully! The amchur really makes a difference — it gives the filling that perfect tang without making it watery. I was a little worried the papaya would release too much moisture during rolling, but salting it first and squeezing it out properly fixed that completely. My family couldn't tell it wasn't the usual aloo or gobi paratha until I told them. Definitely adding this to the regular rotation!

Love this recipe! Raw papaya stuffed paratha sounds amazing — a great way to use unripe papaya. The step-by-step photos make it so easy to follow. Will definitely try this one out this weekend. Thanks for sharing such a unique and healthy variation!

I’ve always struggled with raw papaya filling being too watery, but letting it sit with salt first is such a helpful tip. Can't wait to try this version!"
