Hi Sandhya,

Maybe your tandoori masala (which is red) is different from ours. We use Rajah brand. Also, the color of the paprika will affect the outcome.

i tried this recipe and it tasted good. however there was a slight mistake from my side while preparing the seitan dough. I din’t pour all of the water once. there was a few secs delay as i din’t have a big measuring cup like urs. So the mixing wasn’t even. Also my seitan turned out to be brown color instead of reddish like urs..am not sure why.
