I created a tray on 5 mins flat and although they didn’t look as professional as yours Hetal, they were lovely light treat. I used good quality large strawberries and inexpensive dark and white chocolate, just a few each and everyone was happy. Oh yes and I didn’t add any oil and it was fine, just left them in the fridge to set and we enjoyed them with masala chai when we got home.
