In the cone, is an innovative idea, but My MIL makes these sooo much since my hubby was a child and we do get such ladoos in India – Instead of Marshmallows u can use gur or jaggery for sweetness and binding.

connecting to what you said Anuja, You could also use sweetend condenced milk, but you would have to increase the amount of rice puffs. It would taste equally the same.
