Hi Nita,
The rule of thumb is - the the recipe calls for whipping the eggs, then add in whipped aquafaba, else regular. A lot of time, the eggs are used for making a dish light and fluffy, hence they are whipped. In this case, you will have to whip the Aquafaba and use it just as you&#039;d use the egg.
