You can take put the frozen burger directly on a lightly oiled skillet on low heat.  It should heat all the way through.]]></description>

It may have something to do with how you processed the ingredients.  If you over process it, it will become mushy.  The egg in the recipe is used as a binding agent.  Did  you let the patties rest in the fridge for 30 mins before proceeding?]]></description>
