hello there! hi from thailand, i love kofta curry,always order in restaurant.i want to prepare this dish at home and would love to add veggies to it like cauliflower, some carrot,potato and green peas.can you please tell me when and how should i add them to the dish? thanks in advance.

In reply to ragini. Hi Ragini, We usually use either the home-made garam masala (recipe on our site) or use MDH Garam Masala.
