The ingredients are different so they wouldn&#039;t be called neer dosa.  You can use idli batter that has been thinned out to make dosa.]]></description>

Cilantro has a really mild flavor that will probably go away when dehydrated but you can try it.  Just make sure there is no moisture left or it will spoil the chivda.]]></description>
