The soup was too good, and I added the veggies on hand instead of greenbeansetc, I added asparagus , mushrroms.
Also a teaspoon of vinegar enhances the taste very much.

In reply to amy. Hi Amy, Yes you could use those but read the ingredients. If they contain MSG, they are not that healthy.
