hmmm...we have heard of once a week cooking but not once a month.  Many Indian curries freeze well, so I am guessing that would work.  You would just make a big batch and freeze them in smaller containers so you are not thawing, reheating the whole batch everytime.  Be sure to label everything with the contents and the date.]]></description>
