I’m so happy to have found your site. I really enjoy the recipes and you both do an excellent job on each video.What I enjoy most is that this seems to me, home style cooking and that is what I was looking for.
I became a vegetarian but most of the recipes were bland and dull. I ran across a recipe from India and became hooked ever since.At least now I have a better sense of how the dishes are to be cooked and what the finished product looks like. Keep up the great work, you are both delightful young women.

We toatally understand where you are coming from…when possible, we do try our best to give exact time. But please keep in mind that everyone uses a different cooking medium so the best thing to do is see what the dish looks like and then determine if it is done or not. For example – your medium flame can be very different from ours or your pan can be different so…
