Hi Marianne,

You can cook lentils without a pressure cooker…it just takes longer and may require more water. There is no exact time as it depends on how long you’ve soaked the beans and how big there are, etc. Plan for at least 45 mins to 1 hr. You can keep adding more water as needed.

Is it necessary to use a pressure cooker? If I don’t, how long do the lentils have to cook? Thanks.

I love the recipe but the sound was very hard to understand……
