This recipe and the accompanying videos are so clear and easy-to-follow. I have never made ragda patties before and was really surprised at how well they turned out when I made them as per your recipe. My husband and friends loved the dish too. Thanks. In reply to Bhumi. Hi Bhumi, You can freeze the patties by placing some wax paper in between them so that they don't stick together. You can also wrap each patty with a little piece of plastic wrap. To defrost, leave them on the counter top for about an hour or two and then fry them on the skillet as usual.
