					<description><![CDATA[This looks delicious and easy. Kheer was the first Indian dessert I had ever tried and I loved it.  This is an interesting alternative.  It seems that many cultures have dishes with small amounts of grains and large quantities of liquid to create creamy porridge-like dishes.
