Honestly, we have not tried it with only egg whites, but it should work.  You will have to use more eggs...maybe even lightly saute the veggies so they will not cause excess moisture in the mix.]]></description>

Sorry it did not turn out well for you.  I am  not sure if you meant to say 350 degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius, the recipe calls for 350F.  French bread might work better because it holds better.]]></description>

I tried this recipe and i use normal wheat bread, the wheat bread was very soggy. Also the vegetable looks undercooked. the palak got burn at the bottom , i did 350c  for 45 mins. 
Sorry It didnt turn out great, i had to throw it.]]></description>
