  1. Hi

Is there a way to mask the flavor of the banana. I used only half the banana mentioned here and I still could nt get away with it.
Not a big fan of bananas.

    Thanks.

  2. I am an avid follower of the website.
This recipe is a disaster, It tasted horrible and yucky.
Had to throw out the entire batch.

You guys should chose good tasting recipes rather than “nice to see” recipes.
Hetal and Anuja’s face didnt look happy and I shouldnt have tried it.
    Yuck Yuck Recipe.
    two thumbs down.

    1. So sorry to hear you did not like the pudding. This was a user submitted recipe that we “taste tested” on several different people and age groups. Some liked it more than others but no one really hated it. It is a great option for those who cannot enjoy milk products.

    1. Ditto….Mala and nkalil are spot on: Anuja did not like the taste and couldn’t force herself to lie! On that basis I shan’t be trying it. The are so many other nice things you can make with ripe avocados and bananas!

  3. Oh, by the way, if you first freeze the avocado and banana pulp and then proceed with the recipe right before serving, you can eliminate the waiting time to chill and then eat. That way, one doesn’t have to fear browning of the avocados or banana.

  4. I concur with Mala’s comment 🙂

With a vegan spouse in the house, I definitely will be trying this recipe out. I would have loved to print this recipe but do not see a button on your webpage for that. May I suggest you have a clickable button for a printer-friendly recipe?

  5. As usual awesome recepie! Have to visit the supermarket today for avocados. My husband is a big fan of avocados.
I have a small query: how long can I store this. I mean to say won’t the avacado inside turn black. Coz that happend to my avacado paratha aata and also avacado dip. I had to throw them away.

    Love n Best Wishes,
    Gauri

    1. Hi Gauri,

It helps if you use plastic wrap and place it directly over the pudding so that very little air gets in. It really should be consumed within a day or two max.

  6. Hello, This is wonderful recipe for gluten free kids or adults. I am going to try this and I am sure it is going to taste fabulous. Thanks for sharing such easy recipe.
