Trader Joe’s used to have this Salad Topper that would just elevate my salad to another level and frankly, I was addicted! Guess what happened after that? Yes, they discontinued it…without discussing with me! Necessity is the mother of invention, so we got down to creating a better one and sharing with you. The colors, the crunch and the health benefits are just added bonus to the taste and the flavors it adds to your salad. This recipe can also replace their ‘Everything but the Bagel’ from Trader Joe’s as well. Top it over your avocado and toast or over an over easy egg…mmmm.

Ingredients:
Nigella Seeds or Onion Seeds (Kalonji) – 2 Tablespoons
Roasted Sesame Seeds – 2 Tablespoons
Chia Seeds – 2 Tablespoons
Red Chili Flakes – 2 Tablespoons
Hemp Hearts – 2 Tablespoons
Method:
1. Mix all of the above ingredients and store in a jar.
2. Keep in Spice Cabinet and NOT in refrigerator.
3. Sprinkle over salads, begals, Avocado on toast…
