  1. I made the dip using the recipe. I have a quick question – Due to the sour cream, there was a little bit of water at the bottom of the pan. When my guest where taking spoonful of the dip, I could see creamy water at the bottom. Since it is a dip, I cannot stir it.

Can you explain why it happened and how can i avoid that?

    Thanks,

    Mansi

    1. Hi Mansi,
The creamy water is probably the Whey from the Sour Cream. It is best to mix the Sour Cream gently before using it in a dish. It may also be that some of the veggies have let some water go….
Just mix the sour cream and try not to use firm vegetables for the dip and you should be fine 🙂

  4. Hi Hetal and Anuja!!
can u guys give a tip on how to store cheese. I usually get 250 gms of shredded cheddar/mozarella cheese. but it doesn’t smell gr8 after i open it and keep it for 3-4 days. m sure u know what to do!!

    1. Hi Lavi,

You can freeze most cheeses. If you are going to cook with it, it can go directly from the freezer to the recipe. However, if you will be using it without cooking or heating, then simply move it to the refrigerator the day before and will thaw out perfectly. Be sure to use a freezer type of zipper bag or double bag it so that it won’t get freezer burn.

  7. Hi girls!

You have impressed me again! A temtpting dip inviting anyone to come and taste it. You just can not resist it with such a beautiful presentation and display of colours.

Most important point is that I was introduced to Mexican food by you and tried Salsa, Enchiladas & guacamole all of which were super hit in my family. Now I just can not wait to master the 7 layer dip and win praises.
