I love chocolate souffle. My friends will come this weekend so I will make one and decided to take your recipe. Thanks a lot.
What’s up with you Anuja? You are eating chocolate souffle and making so much noise while eating. It is soft and melts in your mouth. Quite disgusting!!!
Hi,
Can you please tell me whether I can make this without eggs, or a replacement ??
Thanks.
I tried it and loved it . super delicious
Hi,
In other souffle recipes that I have seen they didn’t whisk egg yellow’s, they just add it in chocolate mixture directly and combine everything together. I was wondering why did you whisk the yellow’s separately?
Thanks
Hi Hetal:
Yummy recipe ! But my question isn’t related to the recipe.
I plan to buy a cookware set. You guys have a great range of cookware sets & other tools in your kitchen..Could you recommend which one is a better buy- stainless steel or the non stick variety? Also which brand?
Please give your input.
Thank you,
Neha
Hi, nice recipe, I was wondering if we can make this eggless and put flaxseeds, or what else can we put to make this eggless, and can you please do a video on how to make cheese sticks?
– Thanks
Looks delicious! That said, looks like a 2-man job.
Nice recipe ladies, and very similar to chocolate mousse, which can be eaten raw by non-vulnerable groups.
Out of curiosity, why didn’t you use an electric whisk, Hetal? Egg whites are v hard work!
