(Sorry, have to pause here, to wipe the tears of laughter from my eyes!)
Haven’t had such a good laugh in a long, long time, and laughing is wonderful for our wellbeing!
Thank you, SMTC, for being so real and so human! ๐ Love your videos, to which I’m subscribed…
I’m not Indian, but have visited your wonderful country several times, most recently in 2010 on a bit of a pilgrimage in Bihar. Your national cuisine is truly grand, and we have the great good fortune to be able to revisit it at a delightful family restaurant near where we live, in Fremantle, Australia (‘Mother India’).
I pretend to imitate your skill by making lots of vegetarian curries for me and my wife รขโฌโ thanks for your inspiration! ๐
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to write. We are glad you enjoyed our little bloopers! Yes, we definitely are human and love to have fun in the kitchen!
Hahahaha ๐ :D!!! Awesome video… I burst out laughing with tears in my eyes. My daughter(3yr old) was looking at me as if ‘Whats wrong with my mamma?’ I was laughing that badly :)!! Every bit was ultimate & I enjoyed it a lot.
Keep rocking gals!!
Hello ladies,
A little late at commenting on this video, I know, but as they say, “better late than never”.
Loved the bloopers immensely. ๐
Here’s a request – for those of us who are using your videos to learn cooking, it would be great if you could have a segment demonstrating how to use an oven effectively, and few rules of thumb. I know that you periodically give tips, but these are scattered in your recipes so a single clip for it would make it more comprehensive.
A Few tips on adaptations of traditional Indian cooking methods such as dum, tandoori, dhuanar, zamin-doz etc would be quite useful. I come across these in recipes, but can’t actually figure out how to adapt them for use in a modern kitchen.
Also, your husbands could actually have their own segment on cookouts and barbeque. ๐
Hi Hetal/Anuja and the whole team of SMTC,
Your recipes are really nice. The presentation is perfect..the video and the printable recipe are well scripted…Perfect even for beginners …Keep up the good work . All the best !

I was going through the site and realised that the links on the right do not point to the correct recipes. I have to use the search box to get to the correct videos. Please fix the links. I love your videos, the links are an easy access, but alas they are broken ๐
lmao…that was awesome…both of ya look prity serious in the videos..never thought you guys are fun too…neat…keep going and continue to add a pinch of spice and sugar in our lives…
Hi Anuja/Hetal,
I love watching your videos (so much that, I have to watch it once a day!). Just by looking at the recipes, I fill my stomach most of the times. Whatever recipe from you I have tried so far hasn’t failed! Big thanks for that. Keep up the good work.
BTW which camcorder do you use? We have couple top brands, but none of them come out as good as yours. Well, I’m not trying to video tape my recipes, don’t have time for that. I just want to capture my baby’s precious moments. That’s all. If you can tell, that would be great!
Thank you!
