Another fantastic, heavenly recipe. I could never get the combination of spices right, but the proportion of spices was perfect…it was the little bit of Hing that delivered the perfect touch. I used organic heirloom tomatoes which gives the dish a very sweet underpinning and combines well with the tumeric and cumin. I am having this dish with the wonderful Aloo Tikki that I made several days ago. I can’t wait to test out all the recipes at my nexst dinner party. Once again thanks for great recipes and I love your videos!

How come your non-stick vessels are so new? Mine look so old with scratches. I don’t see any scratches in your pan. Wow.
