Though not a very commonly used vegetable in Indian cooking, Brussel Sprouts have a certain flavor that is so familiar! Yup, they look a miniature version of a cabbage and the taste is very close to it too. This wonderful and easy dish has got it’s health benefits as well: vitamin A, vitamin C, folic acid and dietary fiber. Try these cute brussel sprouts!

here in delhi i m not able to get heavy whipping cream to make whipped cream for cake decoration……how can i make whipped cream at home…..is there any other alternative?????
Hi Shivani,
You can use cream cheese to make frosting (if you get cream cheese). Other wise, you can use shortening and sugar.
If you get milk that you normally separate for butter, its cream can be whipped with a couple of teaspoons of sugar to slightly less than you would for butter.
Wow, seems like a mouth-watering recipe. I never thought that brussel sprouts can be cooked in this manner. Will definitely give it a try!
Thank you both,
