Thank you so much for sharing your recipes. I really enjoy making all these new dishes for my friends and family. I have one question about making pakoras. When I make the batter sometimes I think that everything is not staying together should I add more besan flour to the batter. What do you suggest?
Hi Sharon,
If the batter slides off, then you can definitely add more besan to thicken it.
Hi Hetal/Anuja
I really loved the dish. However I have a favor to ask regarding Guj. Karhi. I tried making it.It came out really nice tasting but the consistency does not seem good..it became too thick..and I love karhi a lil runny.any tricks….you know this is a dish I have never been able to master..u guys..are amazing..btw
Hi Priya,
Try adding a little less besan or a little more water and that should do the trick 🙂
You might have to adjust the spices accordingly as well 🙂
