Tandoori Roti is another type of Indian unleavened bread which is usually made in a clay oven called a tandoor and commonly enjoyed with chicken, lamb, mutton or other non-vegetarian dishes. Vegetarians out there, don’t worry. It tastes just as fabulous with vegetarian curry dishes as well! Try this easy to make at home recipe and method. You won’t need to run out and buy a tandoor!

Hi,
This is simply superb!!!
Hello Anuja, Hetal,
Well, i tried your brilliant recipe, and it is excellent.
However, 1 problem I had is that the roti kept slipping down through the toaster & so, i ended up using the toaster oven instead, where it worked very well, but I was wondering if there is a way around it since it will be MUCH easier your way.
Keep up the good work, all the best to you, Alka
Hey Guys,
